Our story

How we found our way here.

We're Bianca and John. We've been together for more than a decade, and we're raising three daughters. For a long time, we were trying to find work that gave us more time together and felt more like our own.

John spent nearly 20 years in industrial maintenance, manufacturing, and robotics. While he was between jobs, a friend suggested mowing lawns to help make ends meet. It was supposed to be temporary. Instead, it gave us a new direction.

“I got my husband back.”

— Bianca

I said this when I saw how much happier John was. Not long after, I left my own job and joined him. We knew it wouldn't always be easy, but we wanted to keep going together.

Why Three Daughters

We named it for our girls.

Three Daughters keeps the reason we're doing this close. We want to build something we enjoy, something we're proud to put our name on, and something that creates more opportunities for our family.

What the work means to us

Helping people enjoy home again

We love taking a property someone feels overwhelmed by and turning it into a place they're happy to come home to. If we can take one thing off a family's plate, the work feels worthwhile.

Building it together

At the end of the day, we're a family building a business we believe in. We hope it creates more freedom and opportunity for our girls—and maybe one day, for other families too.
